ServiceNow Development: Lead the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including advanced workflows, integrations, and custom applications. Customization: Develop complex custom applications, modules, and enhancements to extend the capabilities of ServiceNow. Scripting: Write and maintain complex client-side and server-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Scheduled Jobs. Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and other integration tools. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, customizations, integrations, and operational processes. Support: Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for ServiceNow issues, resolving complex tickets and providing mentorship to junior developers. Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow platform to optimize performance and usability. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them to grow their skills and knowledge of the platform.

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow development and be capable of independently designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and integrations. This role involves working on more complex projects and providing technical guidance to junior developers.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on ServiceNow platform development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications preferred. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON. Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and others. Strong experience with REST/SOAP web services and other integration methodologies. Familiarity with ServiceNow's Service Portal, Mobile, and Scoped Applications. (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, App Engine Development) Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of database concepts, preferably SQL.
