Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consulting Finance Director, based in Seattle, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Consulting Finance Director will oversee financial planning, prepare financial statements and provide analytical insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities also include developing financial strategies, and working across the organization with an ability to explain finance issues to non-finance team members. Duties Include: Own and execute the annual operating budget, including projecting near-term operational needs. Collaborate with finance team members and stakeholders to develop and maintain multi-year financial planning roadmaps and scenarios. Build, update, and maintain budgets and forecasts in partnership with stakeholders across the organization. Develop short- and long-term CapEx planning and capital allocation models. Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, partnering with accounting and business teams to ensure insights, risks, and opportunities are communicated to stakeholders. Support regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and present financial models and executive commentary to leadership. Develop financial models to evaluate various scenarios, aiding investment decisions and strategic planning. Identify, track, and report on key financial and operational metrics. Qualifications: Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA prefered Comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Strong ability to translate business objectives into financial data structures that support performance measurement, with a focus on simplification. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive results. Demonstrated experience in automating processes and leveraging systems to streamline business and accounting operations.
