to lead and grow our Eau Claire, WI location.
Qualifications
Minimum of 9 years of banking/commercial lending experience.
3-5 years of demonstrated leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.
Thorough understanding of banking systems, credit evaluation, community banking needs, financial management skills, and regulatory laws.
Residency within Eau Claire, WI, or within minimal distance outside Eau Claire proper.
