ISAP combines case management with supervision technology and partners with community organizations to support participants' needs. The program continues to grow and evolve, serving more participants. We are seeking experienced Immigration Case Managers for the role of Government Site Specialist in the ISAP program. This role involves supervising individuals navigating the U.S. immigration court system, using your criminal justice and case management skills to ensure compliance with DHS guidelines through face-to-face meetings, electronic monitoring, and home visits. Qualifications Job Requirements Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential, along with tact and sound judgment when interacting with employees, community contacts, officials, and participants. You must have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field At least two years of relevant experience in law, social work, detention, corrections, or government Bi-lingual skills (required) Experience working with multicultural clients Effective communication skills and report writing ability Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of immigration laws and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use Ability to interpret electronic monitoring reports Typing speed of 35 words per minute Valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship Residency in the U.S. for the past 3 of 5 years (military or study abroad accepted) Successful completion of background checks and suitability assessments Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Using your background in criminal justice, psychology, or social work, you will develop, implement, and coordinate case management and service plans for ISAP participants, ensuring compliance with program requirements. Additional responsibilities include: Conducting face-to-face meetings with participants as required Maintaining accurate, confidential case records Conducting intake interviews and orientations Installing and monitoring electronic surveillance equipment Assisting participants with obtaining travel documents and maintaining related logs Assessing English proficiency and connecting participants with community resources
