Description
We're looking for an
Office Manager
to join Recentive's operations team. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of our San Francisco's office operation from administrative support to vendor management and more. You'll ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all team members, clients and partners who come to the space.
What You'll Be Doing
Team On-Sites : You'll be in charge of putting the puzzle pieces together when all team members are in town. This means all logistics, travel arrangements, accommodations, team communications, event planning and meeting scheduling. Vendor Management : You'll work with all vendors- from IT, to building staff to food and drink providers - making sure everything runs smoothly, nothing ever runs out and we're getting the most from our partners. Eyes on the Prize : You'll keep an eye on new trends, listen to feedback to continue to enhance our offerings so our office stays as a place of collaboration, productivity and enjoyment for everyone who comes to the space. Admin Support : You'll manage all day to day office operations- from the event calendar to logistics for visitors, to Recentive gear for the team. Everything you do will make the job easier for everyone working there. What We're Looking For
