Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role will be responsible for leading all corporate tax functions and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. This position is based in the Bay Area.

Desired Qualifications : Big 4/CPA is highly preferred

• Manage and review the tax provision under ASC 740 including the effective tax rate, deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, tax valuation, and preparation of tax footnotes and financial statement disclosures
