  Pay range : $60 - 70/hr
• Shift/Hours: 40 hours/week; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST; Monday-Friday
• Overtime: Possible

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Info Security Analyst to provide user/system access administration and serve as the primary technical writer for information security procedures. This role ensures compliance with defined controls, contributes to periodic access certifications, and supports audits and regulatory exams. The position will also contribute to BAU security operations , procedure development, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer user and system profile access across enterprise systems.
• Serve as the primary technical writer for information security procedures, documentation, and guides.
• Ensure compliance with existing controls, while helping define new procedures.
• Manage access certifications, audit responses, and regulatory exam support.
• Provide technical support for infosec tools, systems, and frameworks.
• Lead or support security-focused projects and initiatives.
• Recommend emerging security products and governance standards .
• Develop security training materials and deliver awareness sessions.
• Support security compliance and monitoring efforts.
• Provide guidance on vulnerability testing, risk mitigation, and secure system design .
• Maintain expertise on changing IT environments and proactively propose mitigation strategies.

Required Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity roles.
• Strong experience in system security administration and procedure documentation.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, SailPoint, NetIQ, and Active Directory .
• Proven experience working in banking or enterprise-level environments .
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• University degree in Information or Technology Management.
• Prior work with emerging security technologies and governance frameworks.
