Job: Endpoint Management Consultant
Type: Contract 2-month

Key Responsibilities Conduct discovery and analysis workshops with stakeholders to define project goals, success criteria, and endpoint management requirements. Perform a full review of Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, compliance settings, and enrollment restrictions to identify optimization opportunities. Assess application packaging, deployment, and update methodologies for Win32, MSI LOB, and Microsoft Store applications. Review and optimize Windows Autopilot configuration and onboarding experience for Windows devices; evaluate and design onboarding workflows for macOS leveraging Apple Business Manager. Design and document a modern Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodology, including versioning, testing via deployment rings, and staged production rollouts. Evaluate and plan deployment of Windows Hello for Business alongside existing DUO MFA for enhanced identity and access controls. Provide updated designs for Intune enrollment restrictions and device compliance policies to strengthen security posture. Implement optimized Intune processes including ALM, deployment rings, compliance policies, and Autopilot refinements. Develop and deliver an Administrator Guide and facilitate knowledge transfer workshops for IT staff. Produce best practices assessment, design documentation, as-built documentation, and recommendations for ongoing endpoint management improvements. Desired Qualifications Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), with proven experience in enterprise-scale deployments. Strong knowledge of Intune features: application lifecycle management, Autopilot, compliance policies, conditional access, and security configuration. Experience with macOS onboarding and management through Apple Business Manager. Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferred) for automation and customization within Intune and SCCM Strong understanding of endpoint security principles including MFA, encryption, compliance baselines, and secure device provisioning. Excellent consulting, communication, and client-facing skills, capable of translating business objectives into actionable technical designs. Experience developing documentation, technical guides, and delivering knowledge transfer to IT teams.
Minimum Requirements US-Based Extensive experience in highly regulated environments 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ enterprise consulting engagements implementing and optimizing Microsoft SCCM and Intune in environments of 500+ endpoints. Proven experience in endpoint management assessments, optimizations, and best-practice implementations. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, endpoint provisioning, and security. Microsoft 365 certifications (Endpoint Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, or higher) preferred. Ability to work independently and deliver within client-defined timelines. Must be comfortable working directly with client stakeholders and leading technical workshops
