Clinic Receptionist
CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join the team! Clinic Receptionist - Be the Welcoming Face of Our Clinic! Are you organized, friendly, and great with people? Join our team as a Clinic Receptionist and be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their visit! You'll manage a variety of essential duties: warmly greeting and registering patients, efficiently answering phones and scheduling appointments, handling patient information, insurance, and payments, providing crucial administrative support. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a positive patient experience, we'd love to hear from you! Qualifications: Highschool degree or equivalent, one year of customer service experience, clerical, or business-related experience.
