About the Role: Home Health Clinical Manager,As a Home Health Clinical Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley at Home.As a Home Health Clinical Manager, you will: Support and mentor Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)Provide education and guidance on home health regulations, protocols, and toolsConduct training via phone calls, meetings, and side-by-side field visitsEnsure compliance and accuracy of documentation through regular chart auditsOversee client safety and manage team member assignmentsAssist in the hiring process for PTs, OTs, PTAs, and COTAsCollaborate closely with the Clinical Manager of Nursing and Director of QualityPromote cross-discipline communication and support across clinical teamsQualifications: Supervisory or management work experience in a healthcare setting is preferredFull-time experience in home health is required.What We Offer We know a great career is about more than just a paycheck - it's about belonging, growth, and making a difference.
