As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Operations Data Analyst.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision making across our manufacturing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in database management and automation, combined with practical experience in manufacturing environments, inventory control, distribution processes, and customer service operations.
Work Location:
On-siteat our Stanwood, Ellensburg or Pasco Location.

•Competitive Wages, Range $75,000-$85,000 per year, dependent on location and experience.

Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze manufacturing, inventory, distribution, and customer service data to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights. Create automated reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple business functions. Develop and maintain data visualization tools to support management decision-making. Perform statistical analysis to optimize inventory levels, production schedules, and distribution routes. Database Management & Programming
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple database systems. Develop VBA macros and applications to automate routine data processing tasks and improve operational efficiency. Maintain data integrity and implement quality control measures across all data sources. Create and document standardized data collection and reporting procedures. Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to analyze production efficiency, quality metrics, and capacity utilization. Support inventory management through demand forecasting, stock level optimization, and supplier performance analysis. Assist distribution operations with route optimization, delivery performance tracking, and logistics cost analysis. Provide analytical support to customer service teams for performance metrics, customer satisfaction trends, and issue resolution tracking. Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for operational improvements through data analysis. Recommend and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency across manufacturing, inventory, and distribution processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives with quantitative analysis and reporting. Required Skills, Education, Certification and Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation. Strong VBA programming skills for Excel automation and application development. Experience with data analysis tools and statistical software. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments. Demonstrated experience with inventory control systems and processes. Background in distribution or logistics operations. Experience supporting customer service operations through data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights. Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Understanding of supply chain operations and manufacturing processes. Preferred Skills, Education, Certification and Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (Adage, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Knowledge of the food processing industry and related regulations. Knowledge of additional programming languages (Python, R, or similar). Experience with business intelligence tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement training. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field. Essential Physical Abilities:
