Job Description: Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr Requirement/Must Have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst; Product Owner experience is a plus. Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and validate requirements. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Coordinate team activities to ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements. Champion Scrum methodology by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and promote continuous improvement within the team. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles. Familiarity with demand management practices and tools. Qualification and Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
