Qualifications:
College hours, high school diploma or GED
Proficient keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance skills
Ability to maintain accurate auditable records
Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of PEIMS reporting information and procedures
Knowledge of CTE data requirements
Basic and/or PEIMS knowledge of Student Management System required
Successful work experience in a school setting
Ability to prepare and conduct meetings and interact with professional employees
Ability to meet established deadlines
Primary Purpose:
To assist the Director of Career and Technical Education with all matters related to the gathering, inputting, and verification of PEIMS data related to CTE students for district and state reports.
Major Duties and Responsibilities : Input CTE PEIMS data into the Student Management System. Audit current and former CTE student reports for compliance purposes. Coordinate with the PEIMS department in gathering CTE information from all campuses for PEIMS office during TEA audit period. Travel to campuses to verify CTE PEIMS data, if necessary. Provide campus and central office administrators with reports to analyze CTE student data. Collaborate with PEIMS department in managing data cleanup on student management system data files for CTE students pertaining to PEIMS reporting. Research and recommend input as to the coding of any CTE students with special circumstances. Comply with policies established by federal and state regulation for CTE data input and PEIMS reporting. Verify CTE error report each six weeks. Verify accuracy of CTE coding as students' schedules are changed. Analyze CTE reports to verify program history, placements, training records, and other entries on a weekly basis. Analyze, score, code and maintain four-year graduation plans for CTE students. Support interdepartmental goals within Teaching Learning Division. Support CTE content areas with publications and record keeping. Assist director with data analysis related to enrollment and student participation codes. Process and follow the requisition process from beginning to end. Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of department activities and events. Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
Work with frequent interruptions. Work with deadlines. Maintain emotional control under stress. Participate in regular district-wide travel to multiple work locations. Moderate lifting and carrying, 15 - 44 pounds; weekly. Repetitive hand motions for greater than 50% of day in a stationary position.
