We are seeking a
Senior Network & Security Solutions Architect
to join our team and drive the architecture and design of IT solutions that align with business strategies. This role requires a visionary leader who can define solution direction, champion modern technologies, and act as a change agent within the organization. The architect will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring best practices, reusability, and enterprise-level alignment across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop
conceptual and solution architectures
and present them to senior leadership and the Enterprise Architecture Review Council. Proactively define strategies and roadmaps for
future IT projects
while building organizational consensus. Act as a
change agent , introducing improved methodologies and innovative technologies. Ensure all solutions are built with
best practices, reusability, and scalability
in mind. Participate in all phases of the
project lifecycle -from requirements analysis and design to implementation. Serve as a
bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring alignment of IT solutions with business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
8-15 years of experience across multiple IT domains. 5-7 years of
dedicated technology architecture experience . Proven experience as a
Solutions Architect
on at least two large-scale, heterogeneous IT programs.
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with
Network Access Control (NAC) . Strong proficiency in
Cisco ISE
and
Cisco DNA .
Education:
Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge Base:
Architectural modeling, service-oriented architecture, enterprise information management, software design, and development.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to design and deliver solutions to
solve complex business challenges
effectively.
