What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage large, diverse, and complex projects across multiple divisions in Information Technology - Plan, organize, and lead project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives - Facilitate collaboration and decision-making among executive stakeholders with varying priorities - Incorporate process improvement methodologies into large-scale projects - Deliver professional presentations at conferences and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent education and experience - Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or relevant industries - Experience applying project management methodologies and principles - Proven ability to facilitate complex decision-making among multiple executive stakeholders - Strong background in business development, strategic planning, and execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Certifications in process optimization such as Six Sigma, Lean, or CQIA upon hire - Project Management (PMI) Certification upon hire - Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI) Certification upon hire - 3 or more years of experience working in the healthcare industry
