Project Manager
to advance our water, wastewater, and stormwater design efforts across the New England area. The role involves client development, project management, and project delivery responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in water/wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction administration, focusing on condition assessment, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, wet weather planning, stormwater management, utilities, alternatives analysis, GIS analysis, and asset management. A combination of these areas is preferred. Our team is growing and engaged in challenging, innovative projects. We work within multidisciplinary teams to plan and design integrated, sustainable infrastructure that optimizes operations, reduces costs, and minimizes failures. Project Manager , you will: Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects and large, complex multi-disciplinary projects Coordinate work of engineers and planning teams throughout project development Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings Participate in reviews with governing agencies Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documentation Coordinate workload and ensure timely completion of documents Track financial aspects and adjust efforts to stay within schedule Collaborate with project and department managers for reviews and oversight Perform technical analyses and prepare reports Lead studies related to infrastructure planning and improvements Lead client project and technical meetings or workshops Provide leadership and mentoring to engineers and design staff Perform other duties as needed # LI-JC7 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 10+ years of relevant experience including project management PE license or ability to obtain through reciprocity Demonstrated leadership skills Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to work independently and in teams Active participation in our employee-owned culture is a must Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree Experience with wastewater infrastructure planning and design Candidates residing in the New England area are preferred.
