Minimum requirements to be considered for the position: JD degree from an ABA-approved law school Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Litigation experience in general business or insurance defense, but not required Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and trial preparation. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills. Compensation is commensurate with experience. We also provide excellent benefits and a collaborative, friendly firm environment.
