The Talent (HR) Business Partner is responsible for proactively driving, supporting, and executing HR initiatives across the full Operations organization, which includes the 24/7 distribution center as well as additional assigned client groups. This role requires expertise in supporting both warehouse and office-based environments.
The Talent Business Partner’s primary focus will be ensuring high performance and top talent across the designated client groups. The TBP will serve as the single point of contact for all people-related issues and will partner directly with assigned Leadership Teams to maximize engagement, retention, and performance. Leading with an end-to-end talent management mindset, we’re looking for a professional with a track record of empowering managers and driving high performance within the organization.
Responsibilities
Partner with Leadership Teams to cultivate high performance and top talent within assigned client groups Act as the “local expert” on all talent in their assigned client groups and proactively manage bench strength and internal movement Partner with leadership and people managers to drive clear and actionable mid-year and year-end performance reviews Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely filling of open roles and appropriate local strategies Participate in the interview process for all Senior Leadership roles as needed Support high engagement initiatives with leadership and managers Facilitate local programs, global initiatives, and compliance training programs Promote strengths-based people management and coach managers on related tools Support the RedBull entrepreneurial development philosophy by coaching leadership and managers Proactively address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to managers Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, including OFCCP regulations Coach on RedBull’s compensation philosophy and empower managers in their pay practices Serve as a local SME on compensation matters and escalate as needed Contribute to annual planning and develop people-centric strategies for the organization Coach and empower client groups to hire, develop, and retain top talent Build and maintain strong relationships with local TBPs Ensure high performance and talent development within assigned groups Support succession planning and bench strength initiatives Ensure leadership and managers are trained on HR processes, tools, and philosophies Promote understanding of the entrepreneurial development model and encourage self-growth Identify employee relations issues early for prompt resolution Minimum Qualifications
At least 7 years of HR experience, including 4 years in strategic HR partnership Experience in a distribution or logistics environment preferred Proven experience in facilitating client-facing training programs Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong understanding of business priorities and HR strategies Change management skills and ability to influence Data analysis skills for trend identification and solution development Excellent planning and project management skills Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Additional Details
