What Your Day May Look Like Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Secure entrances / exits. Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable military service. Standard computer / technology skills needed. Exceptional customer service experience required. Must have 2 years security, customer service, or hospitality experience. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures. All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
