### **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver direct nursing care to patients in labor and delivery, post-partum, and newborn nursery. * Monitor **fetal & maternal conditions**, respond to emergencies, and assist physicians. * Administer medications safely and accurately. * Perform **patient assessments**, document care, and educate families. * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care. * Ensure compliance with hospital safety and quality standards.

### **Qualifications**
* Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. * Experience in **Maternal Child Nursing** or **Med-Surg** preferred. * Iowa RN License or Compact State Nursing License (required). * BLS required, NRP & Fetal Monitoring within 12 months.
