JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record (link removed)> Active Bar Admission
in
Florida , in good standing.
4+ years
of substantive
litigation experience , including significant work in both
state
and
federal courts (link removed)> Experience drafting
pleadings ,
motions , and
briefs , managing
discovery , and taking/defending
depositions (link removed)> Background in
healthcare
and/or
ERISA
litigation is
highly desirable (link removed)> Prior state or federal
clerkship
experience is a
plus (link removed)> Strong legal writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of
litigation
matters
from inception through resolution
in both
state
and
federal courts (link removed)> Draft and review
pleadings ,
briefs ,
motions , and
discovery responses (link removed)> Take and defend
depositions
and handle
discovery disputes (link removed)> Provide timely, accurate, and well-reasoned legal analysis and work product.
Engage directly with clients to understand objectives, anticipate needs, and develop strategies.
Participate in
hearings ,
client meetings , and
business development
activities as needed.
Mentor
and
supervise
junior attorneys and professional staff.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from
$260,000+ , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
