Attorney
to serve as
Counsel
or
Senior Counsel
in its
Washington, D.C.
office. This position offers the opportunity to advise and represent leading health care and life sciences organizations in complex False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation, leveraging deep regulatory and enforcement expertise.

JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission
in the
District of Columbia , in good standing
610+ years
of substantive experience handling
False Claims Act
(FCA)
investigations
and
litigation
Significant experience with
health care fraud and abuse laws , including
Stark Law
and
Anti-Kickback Statute
Prior experience at the
Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division
or a
United States Attorneys Office
strongly
preferred
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients in
high-stakes enforcement matters
Highly proficient in managing complex investigations and litigation matters independently
Strong analytical, negotiation, and written/oral advocacy skills
Key Responsibilities
Represent
health care
and
life sciences clients
in
FCA investigations
and
litigation
Advise on
compliance
with
federal and state fraud and abuse laws , including
Stark Law
and
Anti-Kickback Statute
Engage with
DOJ ,
U.S. Attorneys Offices , and other
enforcement agencies
in investigative and litigation contexts
Conduct internal investigations
and
develop defense strategies
for clients facing government scrutiny
Draft pleadings ,
motions , and
settlement documents , and
manage litigation strategy
Collaborate with colleagues across regulatory, compliance, and litigation practices to provide comprehensive client support

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$390,000+
annually, as determined by experience and market factors
