As the Senior Director - Investor Relations, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team, shaping and executing a best-in-class investor relations strategy that enhances shareholder value, deepens market understanding of the company's vision, and strengthens relationships with the investment community. You will articulate the company's strategic direction, financial performance, and competitive positioning to institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory & Messaging Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Treasurer to craft compelling, transparent, and consistent messaging that reflects the company's long-term strategy, capital allocation priorities, and ESG commitments. Serve as a key spokesperson to the investment community, delivering high-impact narratives that align with investor expectations and market dynamics. Investor Engagement & Market Intelligence

Lead proactive engagement with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies through roadshows, conferences, and bespoke meetings. Monitor and synthesize market sentiment, peer performance, and macroeconomic trends to inform executive decision-making and board-level discussions. Earnings & Disclosure Leadership

Own the end-to-end process for quarterly earnings, including script development, Q&A preparation, and post-call analysis. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and best practices in financial disclosure, while maintaining transparency and credibility with stakeholders. Capital Markets & Shareholder Strategy

Collaborate with Treasury and Corporate Development on capital structure optimization, debt/equity strategy, and M&A communications. Analyze shareholder composition and trading activity to identify opportunities for investor base diversification and targeting. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence

Mentor and develop junior IR talent and foster strong collaboration with Finance, Legal, Communications, and ESG teams. Champion a culture of data-driven storytelling, continuous improvement, and stakeholder-centric thinking. Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree - Finance, Accounting, Business, or related required; Masters Degree - MBA preferred Licenses/Certificates/Designations - CPA or CFA Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, or corporate finance Demonstrated success leading investor days, managing earnings cycles, and engaging with global institutional investors Deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and regulatory frameworks (SEC, GAAP) Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills Strategic thinker with the ability to distill complex financial and operational data into clear, investor-relevant insights High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in IR platforms, CRM tools, and market intelligence systems Ability to travel 0% - 25%

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
