Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site | Troy, NY
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Pay Range: $18–$20 per hour
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overview
A top client in the electronics industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support both leadership and HR with administrative and customer service tasks. This position is ideal for someone looking to garner foundational office experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between management and HR
Perform data entry and process purchase orders and bills
Assist with filing, organizing, and research projects
Handle purchase requisitions and maintain inventory records
Manage third-party office service relationships
Maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally
Required Skills
Customer service experience
Basic computer proficiency
Familiarity with Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in administrative support
Exposure to inventory or purchasing systems
Ability to manage sensitive information professionally
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
