Hotel Breakfast Attendant

As a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, you will be the face of the morning experience at our property, responsible for creating a welcoming and lasting impression for our guests. This role is essential in providing exceptional service by preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding brand and health standards. Also, attendants are responsible for putting the food order truck away, making sure to rotate 1st in 1st, out. This position is for a part-time experienced cook, breakfast hostess, 3-4 days a week, including weekends, depending on occupancy and demand. Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area and kitchen throughout service hours. • Follow all health and safety protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment. • Prepare and serve breakfast items in a timely and sanitary manner, adhering to brand and health standards. • Monitor food inventory, place orders, and receive shipments to ensure sufficient stock levels. • Assist in other areas of the hotel operations as needed to support the team. Qualifications: • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
