About the Role

As HR Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of HR functions at the plant level-overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role calls for a proactive leader who can foster a culture of accountability, ensure adherence to labor laws (including union or shift-based environments), and partner with site leadership to drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
