Qualifications: - Current 02 electrical license required - 2+ years of experience in diagnostics and sales calls - Valid Driver's License with good driving history required - Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check - Exceptional customer service Skills - Detail-oriented with excellent time management - Ability to work independently - Comfortable working in all weather conditions - Must be able to pass a background check - Computer literacy - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Have empathy and be an effective listener - Great work ethic - Have patience, ability to take initiative, and a positive attitude - Flexible to season demands - Punctuality
Responsibilities: - Perform diagnostics and repairs on residential electrical systems - Deliver outstanding customer service at every appointment - Present multiple repair options and recommend proactive solutions - Accurately prepare estimates and explain service agreements. - Communicate effectively with the office and warehouse - Enjoy talking with customers both on the phone and in person - Maintain strong working relationships with team members - Properly document each visit and complete required forms - Participate in rotating on-call schedules, including evenings and weekends - Follow all electrical codes and safety standards
This is a non-exempt position. Work hours will vary based on the seasonality needs of the business, including overtime
