This is a senior healthcare leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations and clinical quality of a network of community-based physicians, ensuring they deliver high-quality patient care while aligning with the organization's goals, including managing physician relations, coordinating clinical initiatives, and advocating for the community's health needs within a broader healthcare system.

Director of Community Physicians Group

The Director of Community Physicians Group is responsible for the overall administration and operations of a physician group, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and financial stability. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute physician group strategies that align with the healthcare system's mission, vision, and values. Financial & Operational Oversight: Monitor financial performance, create business plans, proformas, and performance benchmarks, and oversee budgeting and forecasting. Physician & APP Engagement: Lead recruitment, hiring, compensation structures, and performance management for physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Service Line Optimization: Focus on growth, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient care while ensuring seamless access and network integration. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations while maintaining high standards in patient care and financial integrity. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with hospital leadership, practice managers, and staff to improve operational performance and patient satisfaction. Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization in interactions with regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, affiliated entities, and community-based physician practices. Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred. Bachelor's Degree with 14+ years of progressive practice management experience will be considered. 7+ years of experience in physician practice management or related healthcare administration. Strong financial acumen (budgeting, financial statements, performance tracking). Ability to develop business plans, perform SWOT analysis, and drive performance improvements. Nice-To-Haves:
