Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections to ensure insulation is installed correctly and meets project requirements. Measure, cut, and install insulation materials on industrial piping, tanks, ducts, and other mechanical systems. Select and apply appropriate insulation types, including fiberglass, foam, rubber, and mineral wool. Safely remove old insulation and prepare surfaces for new insulation applications. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine insulation requirements. Use hand and power tools to cut, fit, and secure insulation materials. Apply weatherproofing and protective coatings as needed. Follow industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance. Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various industrial environments. Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial pipe insulation or a related field. Proficiency in working with different insulation materials and installation techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices. Experience using insulation tools, including knives, saws, banding tools, and adhesives. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Good communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications (e.g., NCCER Insulation Certification) is a plus. Must be able to understand and communicate in English, including reading and interpreting safety instructions, technical documents and work orders. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend documents including but not limited to policy manuals, safety rules/programs, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and simple correspondence in English. In addition, the ability to communicate information effectively one-on-one and in small group situations and settings is required
