In this role, you will provide vital strategic financial leadership and drive the financial growth of the organization. You will oversee all financial and accounting operations, including financial and tax reporting, as well as financial planning and analysis. Your expertise will be key in managing incentive compensation and improving financial reporting and visibility across the organization. In this position, you will develop and execute financial strategies, lead the annual budgeting process, and foster long-term financial planning initiatives. Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements, managing external audits, and adhering to regulatory and internal control requirements will also be among your key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and accounting, along with a strong ability to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights that align with operational goals.
