Action Behavior Centers, a leading behavioral health organization for children with autism based out of Austin, Texas, is looking for a professional, energetic, organized, and driven person to join our team in a Teammate focused role to help support and collaborate with teammates and leaders in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy world. We need an organized, empathic, collaborative and experienced Teammate Experience Ambassador to help us best support ABC Teammates up, down and across the organization. Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with all ABC Teammates, including ABA therapists, Operations Managers, Clinical Directors and leaders to provide ongoing support, coaching and guidance on all things related to Teammate Experience. Responsible for Teammate attraction, engagement and retention. Create connections with Teammates to increase communication and understanding of the ABC value proposition. Meet KPIs related to Teammate retention in your region. Support and drive Teammate engagement; evaluate centers, develop insights, establish action plans, and manage projects to improve engagement and retention. Implement organizational goals, monitor effectiveness, and make necessary improvements. Respond to teammate inquiries related to HR investigations, concerns, conflict resolution, performance management, and team development, using high EQ skills. Support employee relations strategies to minimize disputes and foster a positive work environment. Ensure effective HR services to patient departments, aligned with organizational needs. Assist with administration of benefits programs and respond to teammate inquiries, recommending improvements. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. Spend 75% of time in centers, requiring travel between local centers. Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's preferred. 1+ years of HR experience including leadership roles related to policies and compliance. Candidate must be located in the Austin region. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective with diverse constituencies. Critical thinking to develop insights for retention and engagement. Ability to interpret policies and understand their impact. Foster a cooperative work environment and work collaboratively as an HR strategic partner. Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations. Ability to analyze training needs and support process improvements. Proficiency with HR information systems. Benefits
