What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with clients to understand their data governance, compliance, and security requirements - Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 technologies - Conduct assessments of existing deployments and enhance compliance and data protection strategies - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team coordination - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience as a Principal Consultant or similar role specializing in Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 technologies - Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including Data Loss Prevention and Compliance Manager - Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA - Excellent project management and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, Cloud App Security, and Entra ID - Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or other relevant languages - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
