What You'll Command
This isn’t contract administration—it’s operational strategy. You’ll own the cradle-to-closeout cycle on high-value, high-visibility contracts and be the linchpin between our programs and the federal government.
Lead contract negotiations with authority and tactical insight
Advise executives on FAR/DFARS compliance and regulatory warfare
Structure complex agreements: CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ
Develop subcontracting strategies that reinforce our mission readiness
Architect audit-proof files and CPSR-aligned systems
Mitigate risk like it's second nature—because in defense, it is
Drive rapid-fire improvements across processes and platforms
You Bring
Bachelor’s in business, Law, or a related field (JD/MBA welcome)
7+ years executing DoD contracts with technical mastery
CPCM Certification preferred
Mastery of FAR, DFARS, and the defense acquisition alphabet soup
Confident communicator, tough negotiator, and decisive strategist
Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)
CPSR veteran and compliance sharp-shooter
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ensure continuous improvement of the department within the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, AS9100) and assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
