Job Description
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation from pre-construction through completion Support estimating tasks including quantity take-offs, subcontractor outreach, and cost analysis Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project execution Track and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement logs Attend job site meetings and document progress through reports and photos Help ensure project compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking crews and stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of construction experience and a strong foundation in estimating. They are
bilingual in English and Spanish , eager to learn, and ready to take initiative while supporting senior project managers. With strong communication and organizational skills, they thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to grow into a leadership role within a reputable construction firm.
