Demonstrate a passion for the business and manage operations
Find, train, develop, and recognize top talent
Ensure guests receive excellent customer service
Maintain food quality and safety standards

Behavior Characteristics:
Work up to forty hours per week
Effectively communicate to team members
Create a culture of innovation through critical thinking
Coach, give direction, and nurture relationships with staff
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in inventory and ordering
Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
Provide accountability for team members
Ensure all brand standards are demonstrated daily
