Senior Electrical Estimator

Structure Resources is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our client’s Indianapolis office. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, service-focused electrical contractor that specializes in design-build work across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. Our client is looking for a Senior Estimator with deep experience in electrical construction who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will play a key role in managing the full estimating process—from takeoffs and proposals to client interface and project handoff—while contributing to overall preconstruction strategy and team development. What They're Looking For: 8+ years of electrical estimating experience, ideally in large commercial, industrial, or water treatment projects Proficient in construction drawings, takeoffs, change orders, labor/material pricing, and proposal development Ability to lead complex design-build bids and delegate to team members based on experience Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders Working knowledge of estimating software (Accubid preferred), Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam A degree in a related field or a valid Electrical Journeyman’s License Based in (or willing to relocate to) Indianapolis—this is an on-site position Bonus Qualifications: Experience training junior estimators and supporting department growth Familiarity with NEC and practical electrical design/build concepts Experience overseeing cost tracking and driving efficiency improvements Compensation & Perks: Highly competitive base salary 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid vacation + holidays 401(k) with company match 30-day paid sabbatical every 5 years Long-term growth opportunity in a stable, nationally recognized company If this sounds like something that could be a fit, please hit the "apply" button and a REAL human will review your application.
