Must be 18+ Must have at 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry Must be a good coach to develop team Must be coachable Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing Must have a current Food Handles Card Responsibilities:
