The Program Manager serves as the Government's single point of contact for the Task Order. This role provides technical supervision and leadership for all contractor staff, overseeing operations centers, managing a portfolio of IT projects, and ensuring delivery of Business Operations IT Support Services (BOSS). Duties
Oversee contract execution, staff management, and resource allocation. Lead risk management planning and mitigation activities. Maintain compliance with HUD OIG PWS requirements for IT, cybersecurity, documentation, and training deliverables. Serve as liaison with Government leadership and COR. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). PMP certification required. 10+ years of program/project management experience in Federal IT environments. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of Federal acquisition and IT governance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST, CPIC). About Us
