As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an experienced MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to our team.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is a senior-level, multi-skilled maintenance professional responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repair, and process improvement activities. This role supports efficient plant operations by ensuring all machinery and systems are functioning safely and effectively.

M-F First Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm | Highly c ompetitive pay rate offered for experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on production machinery and facility equipment Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving PLCs, drives, motors, HMIs, and automation systems Use hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and power tools in daily maintenance activities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems Follow preventive and predictive maintenance programs Lead or coordinate installation, modification, or rebuild of production equipment Interpret and apply information from technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO, and company policies Respond to urgent maintenance requests from the production floor in a timely and professional manner Core Competencies:

Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of industrial mechanical and electrical systems and machine functionality Critical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze breakdowns, identify systemic issues, and recommend solutions Problem-Solving: Able to identify issues quickly and propose/implement solutions Reliability-Focused: Committed to preventive practices and plant-wide equipment uptime Communication: Effectively explains technical concepts to both peers and non-technical personnel Safety Orientation: Prioritizes safe work procedures and compliance with all safety regulations Attention to Detail: Accuracy in diagnosis, repair, and documentation Teamwork: Works effectively with other technicians, management and production staff Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented manufacturing environment Accountability: Takes responsibility for quality and timeliness of own work Required Skills:

High proficiency in mechanical repair, alignment, welding, fabrication, and rigging Proficient with hand and power tools, torque wrenches, multimeters, and basic fabrication tools Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase power, controls, and sensors Familiar with NEC (National Electrical Codes) Capable of troubleshooting and making adjustments to PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley) Experience supporting plant-wide conveyor systems, including sensors, motors, drive belts, and controls in a multi-machine production environment Experienced in working with variable frequency drives (VFDs), relays, motor starters, and safety circuits Skilled in hydraulic and pneumatic schematics interpretation and repair Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics Ability to lead rebuilds or overhauls of critical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, packaging machines, etc. Experience & Education:

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or equivalent preferred, but not required Trade school or military maintenance training accepted Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to moving machinery, hot surfaces, high noise, and occasional chemical use Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment; facility is equipped with industrial fans and ventilation, but temperatures may vary seasonally Must be able to stand or walk for long periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs Requires bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching in tight spaces or at height Schedule:

Full-time position on First Shift (6:00am to 2:30pm Monday - Friday); with flexibility required for overtime, emergency repairs, weekends, or shift changes Compensation:
