Phoenix, AZ

is seeking a

Commercial Drywall Estimator

to join its growing team. Specializing in metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceiling systems, this firm works on high-end, fast-paced projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth through accurate, competitive bids and collaboration with general contractors and internal teams. If you're a self-starter with strong attention to detail and hands-on experience in estimating commercial interior scopes-this is the place to thrive. Responsibilities: Perform detailed

takeoffs and proposals

for commercial drywall, framing, and acoustical ceiling projects Utilize

On-Screen Takeoff (OST)

and

QuickBid

software daily for estimating and budgeting Review construction documents, architectural drawings, and specifications Request and manage pricing from vendors and subcontractors Assist in bid day preparation and submit competitive, clearly defined bids Coordinate with project management and field teams to ensure scope alignment Attend pre-bid meetings and job walks, as needed Requirements: 3+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience Strong working knowledge of

metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling systems Proficient in

On-Screen Takeoff (OST)

and

QuickBid

required Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and time-management skills Local knowledge of the

Phoenix commercial construction market

is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Background in estimating

healthcare, education, hospitality, or retail projects Experience working for a
