Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily, hospitality, and senior living projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids Collaborate with preconstruction and project teams to develop budgets and proposals Track market pricing and maintain cost databases Assist in value engineering and scope development Support bid strategy and presentation preparation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is a detail-oriented estimator with experience in multifamily, hospitality, or senior living construction. They understand preconstruction workflows, can analyze plans and subcontractor bids, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial GC environment. Strong communication, cost analysis skills, and the ability to grow from junior to senior level are key. Familiarity with estimating software and a collaborative mindset are also important
