series. We are seeking a dynamic
Multi-Media Manager
to lead video content creation and shape our social media presence. This strategic and hands-on role will serve both Product and Marketing, combining high-impact video storytelling with engaging social media execution. This position blends creative video production with social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience creating, project managing, and producing educational and promotional video content, as well as managing brand social media channels. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams. Video Production Own the end-to-end process for video projects—from concept, editing, to project management of studio shoots. Create short-form promotional videos, product walkthroughs, and educational content for use across web, platform, and presentations. Operate and maintain a small in-house studio with lighting, cameras, and audio gear. Hire and coordinate freelance talent (actors, voiceover artists, etc.) as needed. Manage and maintain the organization’s digital video and image assets.
Social Media Management Plan, create, and publish content across TCI’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). Develop social video content, graphics, and messaging to boost engagement and expand brand reach. Collaborate with marketing and community teams to feature educator stories, product updates, and campaigns. Monitor and report on social metrics and optimize content for performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align video and social media initiatives with company goals. Recommend formats, creative approaches, and schedules for video + social content delivery. Stay current with emerging trends in short-form video and educator engagement. Requirements
5+ years of combined experience in video production and social media management B.A or B.S. or equivalent experience Deep experience with Final Cut Pro (or Adobe Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve), Camtasia, and digital editing Demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of content at high quality Strong organizational and collaboration skills Experience managing (content/reporting) brand social media channels (paid and organic) Must be located in the Northern California area (within 3 hour drive of Los Altos) to access TCI’s studio space Preferred Skills Experience with K–12 education or EdTech or similar Knowledge of social analytics and content scheduling tools Familiarity with animation, visual effects, or motion graphics Creative design and messaging experience
Salary Range:
$95,000-$120,000 annually This position is remote. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills and location. TCI offers medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, PTO and bonus eligibility.
