Executive Assistant

to provide dedicated support to the CHRO. As a key member of the HR team, this role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing sensitive matters and interacting with senior leadership and board members.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to the CHRO, serving as a trusted partner and representative. Manage a complex calendar with competing priorities, scheduling high-level meetings with urgency and confidentiality. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and expense reports. Answer and route phone calls professionally and handle internal/external inquiries with diplomacy. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and board communications; prepare selective summaries and follow-up actions. Partner with senior leadership team members, board contacts, and executive assistants across the organization. Support meeting preparation and execution, including agendas, speaking notes, logistics, and conference/event registrations. Lead or assist with special projects as requested by the CHRO. Maintain the highest standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business management or related field; or training in executive assistant/administrative studies. 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a corporate environment. Exceptional organizational skills strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills polished written and verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building. Tech savvy advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams, and ability to adapt quickly to new technology and project management tools. Experience supporting board communications is highly preferred.
