PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Procurement Manager
to join our growing team.
Role Overview: As our Procurement Manager, you’ll lead the sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services essential to our construction projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across all procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
Perform takeoffs and create estimates
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Manage vendor relationships and performance
Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of procurement experience in the construction industry
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of local and building material suppliers
