Job Description
Oversee fund accounting processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Prepare and review financial statements for multiple funds. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on fund-related matters. Analyze fund performance and provide insights for decision-making. Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiencies. Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting requests as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all fund activities. A successful Fund Controller should have:
A strong background in fund accounting or financial reporting. Proficiency with accounting systems and financial analysis tools. Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. A professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus. What's on Offer
