Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders. Deliver high-quality inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care. Collaborate and supervise mid-level providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Requirements

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN). Active or eligible medical license in the State that you are applying to. Experience or strong interest in both inpatient and outpatient settings in addiction treatment. Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a collaborative approach to care. Previous experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus.

RRPA requires a detailed background check and drug screen for employment.
