We’re partnering with an early-stage biotech startup that’s scaling rapidly on a global level. This is not your typical Executive Assistant role—it’s an opportunity to become a trusted partner, strategic thought collaborator, and operational powerhouse at the center of breakthrough innovation.

In this high-visibility position, you’ll work 1:1 with the CEO, helping to shape priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure the company operates at its highest level of efficiency. You’ll balance classic executive support with strategic coordination, gaining exposure to every corner of the business—from boardrooms to cross-functional teams and global initiatives. The Role : Senior Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO

The Location:

Boston, MA (Hybrid)

The Money : $130k - $150k base

Start-up experience. Energetic. Sharp communicator. Organized. Strong attention to detail. Bachelor's preferred.

What You'll Do:

Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, international travel, and day-to-day priorities to maximize impact. Information Flow: Review inbound communications, prepare briefings and agendas, and track follow-ups to ensure the CEO has the right information at the right time. Communication: Draft and deliver communications on behalf of the CEO to teams, board members, investors, and external partners. Strategic Coordination: Drive progress on cross-functional projects, board deliverables, and key initiatives—holding stakeholders accountable. Meetings & Events: Lead logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, company events, and team gatherings. Operational Improvements: Anticipate needs, spot inefficiencies, and propose solutions to streamline workflows. Trusted Partnership: Provide confidential advisory support and thought partnership to the CEO and leadership team. Special Projects: Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness and company growth.
