Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and service-oriented
Consulting Fulfillment Manager
to lead the coordination and execution of consulting engagements. This role serves as the central liaison between Business Development, Recruiters, and Contractors, ensuring seamless communication, high-quality candidate summaries, and successful placements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary connector between Business Development, Recruiters, and Contractors throughout the consulting job order cycle Participate in all job order intake and follow-up calls to ensure clarity, alignment, and actionable next steps Continuously identify and screen qualified talent to maintain a robust and diversified consultant inventory Directly represent candidates in select cases (e.g., Bench Resources), managing their placement and engagement lifecycle Oversee contractor submissions, interview preparation, feedback collection, and onboarding Conduct final reviews of consultant submissions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations Join live client calls with Business Development to present and discuss candidate recommendations Partner with Business Development to align pricing strategies with contractor expectations and company guidelines Provide post-placement follow-up and support to ensure ongoing satisfaction and proactive contract conclusion planning Qualifications
5+ years of experience in consulting fulfillment, recruiting, or client services within a professional service or staffing environment, with a strong preference for exposure to the accounting and/or finance sector Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Strategic mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence Confidence in live client interactions and presenting recommendations Why Taylor White?
