Heavy Equipment Operator

We believe in keeping our promises to customers and employees by doing what we say we will do! Key Responsibilities: Efficiently spread and compact trash using a compactor. Utilize a Dozer to spread daily cover. Excavate soil with precision using an excavator. Maintain haul roads using a grader. Transport soil as needed. Collaborate as part of a fast-paced team. Adhere to safe operating practices consistently. Operate a range of equipment including D6T Dozer, 826K Compactor, ADT Haul Truck, Motor Grader, Excavator Sweeper, and Water Truck. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires significant physical activity, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects over 60 pounds. You will work outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions, including frequent wet and/or humid environments, with potential exposure to fumes, vibrations, and moderate noise levels. Job Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and effectively communicate in English. What We Offer: $24-$28/hour, based on experience. Full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, and Life Insurance. Consistent hours: 50-55 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
