Major Purpose Establishes the material flow and movement strategy for the raw material, WIP and complete goods. Ensures that there is optimized material movement that results in increased productivity and efficiency, reduction of inventory levels as well as higher inventory accuracy.

Major Duties • Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently. • Manage inventory for a major site or large factory, following existing procedures to identify any issues and solve problems. • Execute, in a supply chain of low complexity, planning activities within a defined framework/system that mainly affect own organization/unit. • Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports. • Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice. • Carry out a range of supplier management activities either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role. • Help others get the most out of external communications systems by offering support and advice. • Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice. • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Education • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

Position Title: Material Flow Analyst

Specific Position Requirements: Job Title: Material Flow Analyst Location: Coffeyville, Kansas Bill Rate: ***/hour

Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm • Possible overtime before and after shift • Saturday work with 6-hour shifts as needed

Job Duties: • Respond to channel partner requests concerning technical parts issues. • Ensure adequate stock for newly introduced equipment. • Assist in developing new assembly lines or rebalancing existing ones. • Determine material needs and implement changes for optimized usage. • Collaborate on floor plans for material flow in the Factory Master Plan. • Review stock levels, focusing on newly introduced equipment. • Resolve parts problems between warehouse, assembly, and machining areas. • Design and develop product flow.

Requirements: • Proficiency in MS Office applications. • SAP knowledge is preferable. • Industrial/Mechanical Engineering degrees are a plus but not mandatory. • Experience working on the shop floor in a manufacturing factory.

Additional Information: • Immediate onsite commencement. • Interviews conducted via MS Teams. • Business casual dress code required. • Metatarsal shoes and prescription safety glasses (if needed) required on the first day. • No driving required for this assignment. • Visa sponsorship unavailable currently or in the future.
